Development Commissioner Rocky Marcoux is expected Monday to publicly lay out how the city plans to generate its $47 million share of public funding. Comptroller Martin Matson will give his fiscal analysis at the afternoon hearing.

The meeting marks the first opportunity for the public to give formal comment. It also starts the final stage of a process that could assure the future of the Bucks in Milwaukee.

The arena has been the center of a debate over whether public funds should be used to subsidize pro sports teams.
