Mack (shoulder) will undergo surgery Tuesday to repair a Grade 5 AC separation and is expected to miss 3-to-4 months, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Analysis:

Mack sustained the injury late in Tuesday's Game 4 loss to the Cavaliers and was seen exiting the arena with his arm in a sling. With ligament tearing in the shoulder along with the AC separation, Mack will be limited for most of the offseason, but the hope is that he'll be at full strength for the start of training camp in the fall.
