Starting Lineups, May 27: The BasedGod is present as Warriors look to close

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

Steph Curry is just fine, Lil B is in the house, and the Houston Rockets are looking to make history once again.

While the Rockets may look like they're in over their heads - down 3-1 in the Western Conference Finals to the juggernaut Golden State Warriors - it's worth remembering what Houston did just one round ago. Down 3-1 to the Los Angeles Clippers the Rockets became just the ninth team to erase such a deficit. No NBA team has come back from down 3-0 in 116 tries, but Houston could take the mentality that they're now down 3-1, and the once-3-0 mark matters little.

They'll need more than just that attitude. The Warriors are 45-3 at home between the regular season and the playoffs, James Harden may not be able to keep up his torrid scoring from Game 3 - stop dropping back so deep on the high pick-and-roll! - and, well, whatever this means:

Should Golden State win, they'll have a record eight days off before an NBA Finals matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers, which would begin on June 4 in Oakland. If Houston can hang on once more, we'll do it all again Friday.

Here are Wednesday's projected starting lineups:
