Horford will not face further discipline from the league for his scuffle with Matthew Dellavedova in Game 3, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Analysis:

Horford received a flagrant 2 and was ejected from Sunday's game after elbowing Dellavedova around the head. When asked about the incident, Horford intimated that Dellavedova's rough play - he was involved in the play that knocked Kyle Korver (ankle) out for the rest of the playoffs - played a role in his retaliation, but, for the most part, Horford said all of the right things and apologized for the elbow. As such, a suspension was not expected, so this news only confirms that the center will be available for Game 4 on Tuesday as the Hawks attempt to stave off elimination.
