Report: Raptors fire assistant coaches Bayno, Sterner
The Toronto Raptors have relieved both Tom Sterner and Bill Bayno of their duties as assistant coaches, according to Ken Berger of CBS Sports.

Changes to the coaching staff were inevitable after the team was unceremoniously swept in the opening round of the NBA Playoffs by Paul Pierce and the Washington Wizards.
Head coach Dwane Casey was presumed to be on the chopping block, but his job appears secure for the time being, ESPN's Marc Stein reports.
Bayno joined the franchise in 2013 after serving as an assistant under Rick Adelman with the Minnesota Timberwolves for two seasons.
Sterner, who gained notoriety online for his passionate halftime interviews, had previously worked as an assistant with the Orlando Magic, Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors.
The status of assistants Jesse Mermuys and Nick Nurse moving forward are not yet known.
The changes won't stop with the coaching staff, though, as several players on the roster enter the offseason with expiring deals, including starting power forward Amir Johnson.
General manager Masai Ujiri recently acknowledged during an appearance on TSN 1050 that his Raptors may need to take a step back in order to get back on the path to winning the first NBA Championship in franchise history.
