Hawks' Millsap good to go for Game 4 vs. Wizards after Game 3 flu

The Atlanta Hawks are trying to avoid heading home down 3-1 as they're set to take on the Washington Wizards in Game 4 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series, and they'll be a healthier team when they aim to do so.

After being limited by illness in Saturday's Game 3 loss, All-Star power forward Paul Millsap is good to go for Monday's Game 4 in D.C., telling reporters he's feeling "much better."

"Paul is good," head coach Mike Budenholzer added, as reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Chris Vivlamore.

Millsap, who started all 73 games he appeared in during the regular season, came off the bench for 23 minutes in Game 3 after being made a late scratch from the starting lineup.

He finished with eight rebounds, two rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block, well shy of his sensational playoff averages of 15, nine, four, two and one.

Millsap was also thoroughly outplayed by Washington's big duo of Marcin Gortat and Nene.

Millsap's health is paramount to the Hawks' chances of survival, as he's been arguably the team's best player in the early stages of the postseason, with Atlanta performing nearly 21 points better per 100 possessions with Millsap on the court as opposed to on the bench.
