Bulls' Joakim Noah fined $25K for shoving fan during Game 2

This won't do much to change Joakim Noah's strong distaste for the city of Cleveland.

The NBA fined the Chicago Bulls All-Star center $25,000 for shoving a fan in Game 2 against the Cavaliers. The incident in question can be seen below.

Noah reportedly claimed he was spit on by a fan in Game 2, but it's unclear if the two incidents were related.

The Bulls center is no stranger to hostility from Cleveland fans, as he's chided the city plenty of times throughout his career. Before the series started, Noah joked that he never thought he would be happy to go to Cleveland. He also traded barbs with Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones during and after Game 2.

It can certainly be argued that the league was harsh in fining Noah for a harmless nudge. However, the NBA has a very strict policy in terms of players interacting with fans. For example, Los Angeles Clippers forward Matt Barnes was docked $50,000 for directing obscenities at James Harden's mother.

Meanwhile, the Bulls return to a friendly home crowd on Friday for Game 3. Chicago and Cleveland remain deadlocked at 1-1.
