Derrick Rose: (Shoulder) Not Concerned

Rose said Tuesday morning that he is not worried about the shoulder injury he suffered late in Monday's Game 1 against the Cavaliers, Sam Smith of Bulls.com reports. "It was a stinger," Rose said. "It went away within five, 10 minutes; it's something I'm not worried about."

Analysis:

Rose sustained the injury while fighting through a screen in the fourth quarter, leaving the game and heading to the bench for treatment. While it initially looked to be somewhat serious, Rose was in good spirits after the game, and all signs point to him being fine for Tuesday's Game 2. Rose finished with 25 points (11-26 FG), five rebounds and five assists Monday night.
