Kaman was dealing with a back issue coming into the first round series, but the Blazers are now listing him as "out" with a left ankle injury, which he apparently suffered in practice Tuesday. Kaman posted seven points and six rebounds in 14 minutes in Game 1, and in his absence, expect Meyers Leonard and Joel Freeland to pick up some extra run off the bench.
