Analysis:

The rookie out of Oregon state injured his shoulder last offseason but played through the injury throughout camp en route to earning a roster spot. He spent most of the early season in the D-League, averaging 13.7 points and 12.7 rebounds in seven appearances for the Reno Bighorns before deciding to undergo surgery and shut himself down for the season. Moreland has been performing one-on-one drills with the Kings' coaching staff, but he's yet to take any contact. He hopes to begin contact work by the end of May with the goal of participating for the Kings at the Las Vegas Summer League in July.
