Starting Lineups: April 22 - Afflalo and Kaman out, Teletovic, Horford and Parker playing

Another night, another three NBA playoff games, as three teams will look to make it a clean sweep of 2-0 opens in the league's first round of action.

All six teams have been off since Sunday, affording them plenty of time to make adjustments and, more importantly, get healthy. There are still a handful of impact players whose statuses aren't quite confirmed, but context clues point to each team being as close to full strength as expected entering the postseason.
