Tony Parker good to go for Spurs in Game 2

Richard Mackson-USA TODAY Sports

If there was ever a doubt about Tony Parker's Game 2 availability for the San Antonio Spurs, that doubt was erased on Tuesday.

Parker, who tweaked his left ankle and thigh in a Game 1 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday, said following Tuesday's practice that he will be fine for Wednesday's game at Staples Center.

Parker said following Game 1 that he expected to be fine, but hearing the former Finals MVP confirm his status on the eve of Game 2 has to be reassuring for Spurs fans.

Parker finished with only 10 points and an assist on 4-of-11 shooting in Game 1, as the Clippers pulled away for a 107-92 victory.
