Burke struggled through his second year in the league but finished up strong with nine double-digit scoring performances in his last 11 games of the season.

Analysis:

Burke most notably lost his spot in the starting lineup to rookie Dante Exum in January and was refined to the sixth man role off the bench for a good portion of the season. However, he still managed to continually hold more value than Exum despite their rank on the depth chart. This offseason will be crucial for Burke as he's undoubtedly motivated to regain the accolade of being a starter under coach Quin Snyder. In addition to Burke's limiting role off the bench, Utah may be inclined to upgrade at point guard altogether with an offseason acquisition which would truly hurt the 22-year-old's opportunities on the court. Until that happens Burke is currently in line to be taken in the final rounds of standard league drafts even with an expected role off the bench in the 2015-16 season.
