Kyrie Irving: (Hip) Out Sunday

Irving (hip) will not play in Sunday's game against the Celtics, Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com reports.

Analysis:

Irving was dealing with soreness in his hip ahead of Sunday's game but his absence against the Celtics will mostly be attributed to rest purposes ahead of the playoffs. The next opportunity for Irving to play will be against the Pistons on Monday while Matthew Dellavedova benefits in the meantime.
