DeMarcus Cousins: (Ankle) Out For Season
Cousins has been ruled out for the season in order to rehab his "right ankle and other leg injuries," the Kings' official site reports.
Analysis:
What was expected all along has now come to fruition. In essence, an examination with a specialist in Los Angeles on Friday revealed that Cousins was dealing with sprained ankles and a strained calf, among other ailments. For the final three games of the regular season, Jason Thompson is the best bet to start in Cousins' place.
