Tony Allen: (Hamstring) Out At Least A Week

Analysis:

Absent for four consecutive contests due an injured left hamstring, Allen is nearly assured to sit out the remainder of the regular season. After the Grizzlies' current four-game homestand concludes Wednesday against the Pelicans, the team will examine the defensive menace during the Grizzlies' upcoming three-game road trip. Expect Vince Carter to receive a few extra minutes during Allen's continued stay on the sidelines.
