Watch the throne.

"King James" reigned over the Detroit Pistons in Monday night's 109-97 Cleveland Cavaliers victory.

LeBron James earned his second triple-double of the season - and the 39th of his career - in the fourth quarter, and would finish the game with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists as the Cavs kept the Pistons chasing all game.

Coming off a loss to the Celtics, the Cavs were not concerned about trampling over the Pistons. They set a new franchise record by the half, with 802 made 3-pointers over the 2014-15 season. Cleveland sunk 53 percent of shots from beyond the arc Monday as compared to Detroit's paltry 36 percent.

J.R. Smith racked up a game-high 28 points, finishing 10-of-15 from the field and sinking 8-of-13 smooth triples. Timofey Mozgov posted a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds, and Kyrie Irving added 12 points before sitting out the second half of the game with hip tightness.

The game seemed as though it was never Detroit's to win. The Pistons came within 11 points of the Cavaliers in the fourth, but never got any closer. Andre Drummond led his team with 20 points and nine rebounds. Caron Butler added 19 points and Reggie Jackson finished with 18 as the Pistons were handed their fifth loss in the last seven games by a dominant Cavaliers squad.

Cleveland, which owns the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference, completes its regular season against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday.
