Frazier signed with the Blazers for the rest of the season Tuesday, The Oregonian reports.

Analysis:

In need of backcourt depth due to Wesley Matthews' season-ending Achilles tear, Frazier arrives to act as a third point guard with C.J. McCollum receiving most of his recent run at two-guard. Previously, Frazier spent time with the Sixers this season, averaging 5.7 points (on 30 percent shooting), 7.2 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and one steal in 29 minutes. Because his second 10-day deal with that organization was terminated prior to Mar. 1 -- Feb. 24, to be exact -- he'll be eligible to take part in the playoffs with Portland.
