Jason Richardson (knee) is slated to miss a few games, Keith Pompey of the Philly Inquirer reports.
Richardson (knee) is slated to miss a few games, but he said he's expecting to play Wednesday and that the Sixers are just being cautious by not playing him Monday.
Analysis:
Richardson missed Sunday's game, and at this point it appears he's dealing with routine soreness following major knee surgery. The Sixers haven't handed down a timetable, but the veteran could miss a couple of games, beginning Monday against the Lakers. Robert Covington will make another start in Richardson's place.
