Report: Blazers to sign guard Tim Frazier

Bob DeChiara-USA TODAY Sports

The Portland Trail Blazers will add to their backcourt depth by signing guard Tim Frazier for the remainder of the season, according to Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.

Frazier, an undrafted 24-year-old out of Penn State, played six games with the Philadelphia 76ers in February, averaging 5.7 points, 7.2 assists, 3.2 rebounds and a steal in over 28 minutes per game.

Frazier played through two 10-day contracts with the Sixers.

The 6-1 point guard can stuff a statsheet, but he won't provide the Blazers with any shooting, posting a wretched 30-27-33 shooting split in Philly.
