NBA Game Summary - Golden State at Milwaukee

Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - Stephen Curry had 25 points, Klay Thompson added 21 and the Golden State Warriors wrapped up the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference with a 108-95 win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday night.

"You always have to be concerned with those two on the floor," Bucks coach Jason Kidd said of Curry and Thompson.

Harrison Barnes posted 13 points and six rebounds and Marreese Speights supplied 12 points and seven boards for the Warriors, who also set a new franchise record with their 60th victory.

"Wins and losses might not matter when it comes to the standings but we want to win as many games as possible and we want to feel good about how we're going into the playoffs," Curry said.

Khris Middleton provided 14 points to lead Milwaukee, which has dropped seven of its last nine games.

Milwaukee trimmed a 19-point deficit after three quarters to 11 after scoring the first eight points of the fourth. Jared Dudley netted the final six points of the spurt to get the Bucks within 82-71.

Golden State, though, responded with a 10-4 run and were never seriously threatened the rest of the way.

Curry knocked down a pair of triples during the burst, including one to finish it off for a 92-75 advantage with 6:35 remaining.

Earlier, the Warriors began to pull away in the second with a 14-5 swing after holding a 24-23 edge following a quarter of play. Speights poured in eight points during the flurry, including a jumper to conclude it and stake Golden State to a 38-28 margin.

The Warriors were up 48-38 at the break and 82-63 after three.
