Analysis:

Neal will be missing a fourth straight game, but beside the one-night show he put on March 22, Neal has really been out ever since March 15. He should be tossed back in most leagues. With his health a question mark, and his role in question, there's no reason to hang on to him in most leagues. Neal's next chance to return will be Monday against the Jazz.
