Starting Lineups: March 24

Soobum Im-USA TODAY Sports / reuters

A light night in the association has only six games on the slate, but features two tantalizing matchups out West.

First, the San Antonio Spurs travel to take on their bitter in-state Texas rivals, the Dallas Mavericks in what could be one of the final battles between two of the greatest power forwards of all-time. The Spurs have rounded into form, going 8-2 over their last 10 games, whereas the Mavericks are sliding fast, racking up just five wins over their last 10.

The late game calls for an exciting matchup between the top-seeded Golden State Warriors and fourth-seeded Portland Trail Blazers. Portland is banged up, with LaMarcus Aldridge and Nicolas Batum having sustained injuries in their last game, but it should still be fun to watch Stephen Curry square off against fellow All-Star Damian Lillard.
