VIDEOS: Top 5 NBA highlights of the week
5. LeBron crowns Ersan Ilyasova
It was a rough week for Milwaukee Bucks forward Ersan Ilyasova.
First, his team, who are mired in a six-game losing streak, lost all four contests.
Second, Ilyasova ended up on the wrong end of three highlights. On Sunday, LeBron James dunked all over him and came from nowhere to block his shot. Earlier, on Friday, Ilyasova ended up on Brook Lopez's poster.
Hopefully, things improve for Ilyasova and the Bucks next week.
4. John Wall puts Matt Barnes in the spin cycle
There's nothing quite like John Wall in transition.
Ordinarily, Wall beats opponents with his unparalleled quickness. But on Saturday, Wall pulled out a 360 layup to shed a helpless Matt Barnes, who completely lost his bearings.
3. Russell Westbrook can fly
Russell Westbrook routinely garners headlines for his jaw-dropping statlines. And rightfully so. He recorded his league-leading 10th triple double on Sunday in a win against the Miami Heat.
But what sometimes gets lost in the Westbrook narrative, is that he's an absolute terror on defense. He gambles a lot and he sometimes puts himself out of position, but Westbrook also has limitless athleticism which allows him to make up for his mistakes.
2. Rondo tosses over-the-shoulder touchdown
This pass by Rajon Rondo is just silly.
It's not just that Rondo found Monta Ellis in stride with an over-the-shoulder pass, on the money, for a transition bucket.
It's the presence of mind to throw that pass immediately as he picks up the loose ball. Rondo didn't even need to survey the court. He knew exactly where Ellis was going.
1. Stephen Curry is not fair
It's a three-way tie for Stephen Curry. Have a look at these circus shots.
The best part: All three shots came during the same game against the Utah Jazz on Saturday.
