NBA Game Summary - Chicago at Detroit

Auburn Hills, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - Reggie Jackson had 22 points and 11 assists as the Detroit Pistons defeated the Chicago Bulls 107-91 on Saturday night.

Caron Butler netted 20 points and Andre Drummond added 14 points and nine rebounds for the Pistons, who have won 2-of-3 on the heels of a 10-game losing streak.

"I'm just happy with the way the team performed," Jackson said. "Did a great job to battle and pull through."

Pau Gasol posted 27 points and 10 boards and Aaron Brooks supplied 19 points and five assists for Chicago, which has dropped three of its last five games.

"You can't let your guard down in this league ... disappointing," Chicago coach Tom Thibodeau said.

The Pistons trailed 56-44 at the break, but outscored Chicago 61-35 in the second half.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope capped a 27-5 Detroit run with a 3-pointer to stake Detroit to an 80-77 margin in the final minute of the third quarter. The Pistons took an 80-79 edge into the fourth.

The Pistons then broke an 83-83 tie early in the fourth with 17 straight points. Spencer Dinwiddie recorded a three-point play and nailed a triple during the surge, which was concluded when Tayshaun Prince hit a jumper for a 100-83 cushion with 3:31 left.

Detroit cruised to the finish line from there.
