Manu Ginobili: (Ankle) Out At Least A Week

Ginobili is expected to miss approximately one week to 10 days with a sprained right ankle, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

Analysis:

Gregg Popovich made the estimate in the aftermath of Sunday's win over the Timberwolves, after Ginobili had to be helped to the locker room during the third quarter. While it's best not to put too much faith in the initial estimate, Ginobili is clearly expected to miss time. His minutes will likely go to some combination of Danny Green, Marco Belinelli and Patty Mills.
