Tyreke Evans: (Ankle) On Track To Play Sunday

Evans (ankle) is still expected to play in Sunday's game, although he did not practice Friday, the New Orleans Advocate's Darrell J. Williams reports.

Analysis:

He landed on the foot of Ersan Ilyasova in Monday's game, rolling his ankle, but he said the swelling is down Friday, and coach Monty Williams said Evans remains on track to play Sunday. The Pelicans desperately need Evans to be able to play through this injury as every game is incredibly important as they fight for the eighth seed in the Western Conference playoffs. Consider him probable for Sunday's game, but make sure to check on his status on game day if you plan to use him in a daily league.
