Spurs' Duncan Ginobili good to go Thursday vs. Cavs

Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili will be in the lineup when the San Antonio Spurs host LeBron James for the first time since June's NBA Finals on Thursday.

Duncan hyper-extended his left elbow in Tuesday's victory over the Toronto Raptors, but the team said afterwards that he wasn't expected to miss any time.

Ginobili, on the other hand, was expected to miss a second consecutive game due to a stomach illness after head coach Gregg Popovich deemed him doubtful earlier on Thursday.

His condition has seemingly improved since then.

Duncan is averaging 14.1 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.8 blocks in his 18th season with the Spurs, who enter Thursday's game the Cavs having won six straight.

Ginobili is averaging 11.6 points, 4.5 assists, three rebounds and a steal in nearly 24 minutes per game off the Spurs' bench.
