Tim Duncan sustains hyperextended elbow, not expected to miss time

Tim Duncan left the game on Tuesday night against the Toronto Raptors with an apparent elbow injury. After the game, Duncan was diagnosed with a hyperextended elbow, reports Mike Monroe of the San Antonio News-Express.

Fortunately, it appears Duncan is not expected to miss any time.

It's important to note that Duncan's exit was likely influenced by the Spurs leading by 13 points with under a minute to go in the fourth quarter. Having secured the win, Duncan was likely playing it safe by heading straight to the locker room.
