Brooklyn Nets shooting guard Alan Anderson left Tuesday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans with a bruised tailbone and will not return.

Anderson has been seeing a gradually reducing number of minutes since Thaddeus Young joined the mix, but is still a contributor at seven points in 24 minutes per game.

The Nets had a brutal night after Anderson left, with both Markel Brown and Sergey Karasev leaving with injuries also. Karasev's in particular looked serious. Anderson and Brown will travel to Miami for Wednesday's game, according to reports.
