Marc gets better of Pau in Gasol Bowl as Grizzlies top Bulls

Caylor Arnold-USA TODAY Sports

After Pau Gasol was called for a foul with the game tied at 88 in the fourth quarter Monday, the Memphis Grizzlies went on a 13-3 run to clinch a 101-91 road win over the Chicago Bulls.

The Bulls, playing for the fourth time in five nights, lost their third straight.

In a battle of the Gasol brothers, Memphis's Marc outscored Chicago's Pau 23-13, while Pau outrebounded Marc 13-4.

Jeff Green continued his strong play of late for the Grizzlies, dropping 19 points and grabbing seven rebounds.

Tony Snell hit four-of-seven threes for Chicago, leading them with 21 points.

One pretty thing for the Bulls: their green uniforms, as Monday was their last home game before St. Patrick's Day.

The Bulls did get some good news earlier in the day when Derrick Rose addressed the media and said he does plan on playing again this season. In addition to Rose, the Bulls are still without Jimmy Butler and Taj Gibson.
