All-Star Damian Lillard was rewarded for powering the Portland Trail Blazers to a perfect 3-0 week.

The Trail Blazers' point guard was named the Western Conference Player of the Week after averaging 26 points, 4.7 rebounds and 5.7 assists over the team's three-game stretch. He averaged 2.7 3-pointers per contest on 50 percent shooting from long range, and shot 49.1 percent from the field.

Lillard's strong play has been crucial in ensuring Portland's contender status in the loaded West. He was instrumental in leading the Trail Blazers to wins over the San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder before taking down the Sacramento Kings

It's the second time Lillard has been named Player of the Week this season.

Boston Celtics newcomer Isaiah Thomas took home the honors in the Eastern Conference.

The combo guard has been a huge spark for the Celtics, and helped guide the playoff-hopeful team to a 3-1 week with wins over the Charlotte Hornets and New York Knicks, in addition to a revenge victory over his former team, the Phoenix Suns

Thomas averaged 22 points, 6.5 assists and 2.5 3-pointers in 28.6 minutes per game off the bench. He has scored 19-plus points in each of his last five games off the bench, becoming the first Celtic to accomplish the feat since Kevin McHale in 1983, according to NBA.com.
