Toronto Raptors (37-22) at Philadelphia 76ers (13-46), 7 p.m. (ET)

(SportsNetwork.com) - The Toronto Raptors will try to snap a five-game skid Monday night when they visit Atlantic Division foes, the Philadelphia 76ers, at Wells Fargo Center.

The Raptors won their first game after the All-Star break, an impressive 25- point drubbing of the Eastern Conference's leader, the Atlanta Hawks, in Atlanta.

After that, Toronto is winless. The Raptors have lost four straight on the road, and their one home game was an embarrassing 24-point loss to the Golden State Warriors.

On Saturday, the slide reached five with a 103-98 loss to the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

Lou Williams scored 22 points to lead the Raptors, whose recent losing streak is a season-worst. Jonas Valanciunas added 16 and eight rebounds in defeat.

"We've got to put together a full 48 minutes," said Toronto head coach Dwane Casey. "We have these stretches where we fall asleep and the other team winds up breaking our back."

Toronto was without All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry, who was given the night off to rest. He is considered day-to-day.

James Johnson (14), Greivis Vasquez (14), DeMar DeRozan (13) and Patrick Patterson (10) rounded out the double-figure scorers for the Raptors.

The Sixers have lost six of their last seven, including Sunday's 20-point road loss to the Indiana Pacers.

Nerlens Noel supplied 10 points and 12 rebounds for Philadelphia. Robert Covington (12), Ish Smith (11) and Jason Richardson (10) also cracked the 10- point plateau for the 76ers.

Covington exited the Pacers' game early after a nasty fall. He suffered a right elbow contusion, didn't return and his availability for Monday is unknown.

The Pacers led by as many as 17 in the third quarter, but the Sixers chipped away and an Isaiah Canaan 3-pointer cut the deficit to 77-71 with 9:07 remaining.

Indiana, though, netted the last 13 points of the game.

The Sixers visit the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday, then play five straight at home.

The Raptors have won seven straight in this series, including three in a row in Philadelphia.
