Analysis:

Arthur sat out Saturday's loss to Charlotte due to illness, but after a couple days of rest, all signs point to him returning to action Tuesday. The Kansas product is coming off of a rough month of January, from a fantasy perspective, in which he averaged only 7.0 points and 1.8 rebounds per game. He's also failed to grab more than three rebounds in 15 straight contests.
