VIDEO: The Grizzlies' passing is just too sweet

Justin Ford-USA TODAY Sports

Mike Conley is tough enough to deal with on the move. Zach Randolph is hard to handle in the paint. Put both of those things together with Marc Gasol as the middleman, and it's no wonder the Oklahoma City Thunder looked as silly as they did in the third quarter Saturday night.

Midway through the frame, Conley began driving toward the hoop in semi-transition, instead throwing a nifty pass to a sprinting Gasol. As Gasol drew the attention of Steven Adams near the rim, he simply dropped off a pass for a waiting Randolph, who had himself an easy two and-one.

Sometimes, the Memphis Grizzlies are just too much. Known more for their defense than offense, Memphis is actually scoring at a top-10 rate, thanks in large part to the creativity of their stars.
