Allen off Grizzlies' injured list, expected to play Thursday

Tony Allen is expected to return from a two-game absence Thursday night as the Memphis Grizzlies take on the Denver Nuggets.

Allen was sitting with a sprained left wrist, yet the Grizzlies still managed convincing wins over the Dallas Mavericks and Orlando Magic. For the Dallas game, they were also without point guard Mike Conley.

Defensive specialist Allen is averaging eight points and two steals per game this season.
