NBA Game Summary - Orlando at Memphis

Memphis, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Zach Randolph had 24 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, and Marc Gasol added 16 points and 10 boards as the Memphis Grizzlies topped the Orlando Magic, 103-94, on Monday.

"When he gets going, we're hard to guard," Memphis coach Dave Joerger said of Randolph.

Beno Udrih contributed 15 points and five assists off the Grizzlies bench to help them win for the seventh time in eight games.

Nik Vucevic scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, and Victor Oladipo also netted 18 for Orlando, which has lost a season high-tying six straight games. Dewayne Dedmon chipped in 10 points and 10 boards.

"He goes out, he competes and he plays hard," Orlando coach Jacque Vaughn said of Dedmon.

The Grizzlies held a comfortable lead for much of the game, but a 6-0 spurt for the Magic in the fourth cut that deficit to 10 with 3 1/2 minutes to go. They committed turnovers on their next two possessions, however, and Udrih's layup in transition with 33 seconds left sealed the win.

Both teams started out hot from the field. With a 6-0 run late in the first quarter, Orlando took its first lead of the game on Dedmon's putback dunk with 2 1/2 minutes to go, but it did not last long. After a Grizzlies timeout, Randolph's jumper put Memphis back in front, and Jeff Green's 3 in the final minute gave Memphis a 34-29 advantage after one.

Memphis led for the rest of the game.

While the Grizzlies maintained their shooting touch in the second period, the Magic did not. Udrih scored seven straight Memphis points to give the Grizzlies their first double-digit lead of the game. Orlando only made one of its last eight shots in the half, and an 8-0 Grizzlies run led by Gasol gave the hosts a 67-48 lead at the break.

Despite 11 points in the third quarter from Oladipo, Memphis maintained a steady edge and led 89-73 after three.
