Thomas had fluid drained from his shooting hand last week -- the third time he has had such a procedure this season, the Arizona Republic's Paul Coro reports.

Analysis:

A lump had built up on his left hand that was affecting his release on his shot, something that has the potential to re-occur later this season. He had surgery on his left wrist in mid-August, and ever since then Thomas has been dealing with occasional build up on the back of his hand. He is not in danger of missing time, but it's an issue his owners should be aware of.
