Nicolas Batum: (Wrist) Questionable To Play On Road Trip

Batum doesn't know if he'll be able to play on the Trial Blazers' four-game road trip that starts Monday against the Nets, the Oregonian reports.

Analysis:

Batum announced Saturday that he tore a ligament in his wrist back on Dec. 17 when he suffered the original injury. He tried to play through the injury but kept aggravating it. Batum is wearing a brace on his wrist to immobilize it. This might turn into a day-to-day parade for a week or more. Allen Crabbe started the first half in place of Batum on Saturday, but Crabbe was then replaced in the starting lineup by Will Barton for the second half. It's anyone's guess who will have more value with Batum sidelined.
