Ty Lawson: Arrested On DUI Suspicion

Lawson was arrested on a suspicion of DUI charge in Denver on Friday morning, Denver Post writer Kieran Nicholson reports.

Denver police confirmed the arrest. If the charge sticks, it's obviously an extremely bad look for Lawson, both because of the charge itself and the fact that Denver plays against Boston on Friday. The Nuggets have yet to comment, and his status for Friday's game is not yet known. If Lawson sits, Jameer Nelson should take up a big role at point guard.
