Joakim Noah: (Ankle) Ruled Out Thursday

Noah has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Spurs, Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago reports.

Analysis:

Noah was considered doubtful heading into the matchup, so it's not a surprise to see him ruled out. An MRI on his ankle earlier in the week came back clean, so it should only be a matter of time until the big man is back on the floor. Taj Gibson should make another start Thursday, but there's a chance Noah could be back for Friday's game in Dallas.
