Noah listed as doubtful for Thursday

Joakim Noah partially practiced for the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday, but he's been listed as doubtful for Thursday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.

Noah has missed the Bulls' last three games with a right ankle injury - a stretch that has seen Chicago play some of the worst defensive basketball in recent memory.

Coach Tom Thibodeau canceled practice at the last minute Tuesday and convened a team meeting to discuss the funk the squad has been in for the better part of January. Following Monday's loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, point guard Derrick Rose went off to the media

Thibodeau said the meeting was held so the team could discuss improvements, and shrugged off any suggestion his job was on the line.

"Could care less," he said.

Pau Gasol added that Thibodeau's sometimes abrasive style is not wearing on Bulls players.
