On their year, the Raptors' defense ranks just 22nd by defensive rating. That dips to 27th since Nov. 28, over which time the Raptors are giving up 103.1 points per game.
Over-activity is the culprit. The Raptors' defense is quick to scramble, which often leaves their defense riddled with holes.
On Sunday, New Orleans Pelicans center Alexis Ajinca exploited the Raptors' poor defense. He first pump fakes two defenders, before dunking on a helpess Patrick Patterson.
