Kevin Garnett (rest) will be out in the second game of a back-to-back, and given Chicago's size, the Nets wanted to keep Mirza Teletovic out of the starting lineup. Lopez has yet to play more than 15 minutes since returning from injury, and that trend may continue even with him getting the start.
