David West on Kevin Garnett blowing in his ear: 'I think Lance's was more sensual'

Jesse Johnson-USA TODAY Sports

Kevin Garnett decision to blow in David West's ear gave everyone flashbacks to Lance Stephenson doing the same to LeBron James in the 2014 Eastern Conference final - but West doesn't believe the two are all that similar.

Nor was he very appreciative.

"Yeah, I didn't like that," West said after Saturday's game between his Indiana Pacers and Garnett's Brooklyn Nets. "I just know it was too close and I didn't like it. I don't really play them games. We're out there to play basketball so let's play basketball."

"Everybody was kinda looking at what made me push him or whatever," West said of his retaliation, which earned him a technical foul. "I told 'em, 'he blew in my face.'"

"An aggressive blow at that," the Pacers power forward added. "I think Lance's was more sensual. That was an aggressive one."

Nothing about Garnett's on-court repertoire is ever going to be sensual, David.
