Aldridge (illness) will miss Friday's game against the Sixers.

Analysis:

Aldridge played through an upper respiratory infection Tuesday against Oklahoma City, but it appears the illness has gotten the better of him for Friday's game against the Sixers. Thomas Robinson would probably be the top candidate to enter the starting lineup in his place.
