Swaggy P on win without Kobe: 'Some guys played like 'Django Unchained''

Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

Kobe Bryant has largely escaped criticism from his teammates this season, despite taking an excessive amount of shots, and arguably to the Los Angeles Lakers' detriment.

Nick "Swaggy P" Young, however, fired the first real salvo Tuesday.

Following the Lakers' upset victory over the Golden State Warriors - a game Bryant missed for rest - Young doled out praise for his teammates while alluding to their increased shot opportunities with the 16-time All-Star out.

Five Lakers attempted over 10 field goals on Tuesday and the Lakers made 313 total passes, compared to an average of 273 per game with Bryant in the lineup.
