Hibbert returns to Pacers' win after knee bruise, finishes with 7 blocks

Thomas J. Russo-USA TODAY Sports

There's a sigh of relief from the Indiana Pacers, who needed another injury like they needed a hole in their head.

Center Roy Hibbert returned in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans after leaving in the third with a bruised right knee. The Pacers went on to win 96-84.

Hibbert was having an outstanding night, registering seven blocks before going to the locker room. He finished with 14 points, five rebounds and the seven rejections. This one on Anthony Davis was particularly strong.
