Nuggets' Faried will return Wednesday vs. Rockets

Kenneth Faried will return to the Denver Nuggets lineup Wednesday against the Houston Rockets, after sitting out a game due to an ankle injury.

Faried suffered the injury Saturday against the Rockets, limping off the floor in the third quarter before returning to the game later in the second half. He then missed Sunday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.

The energetic power forward has been somewhat of a disappointment to start the season, averaging 11.0 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.1 assists through 21 games for the inconsistent Nuggets.
