Nuggets' Lawson returns after suffering eye laceration

All is well for Denver Nuggets point guard Ty Lawson, as he will play in the second half of Denver's Sunday night game against the San Antonio Spurs.

Lawson sustained the injury during the second quarter after bumping heads with Manu Ginobili. He left soon thereafter with a towel over his head.

On the year, Lawson is averaging 16 points and 10.4 assists in 37 minutes per game.
